Terms of Sale

1) Scope & Parties

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on bensiii.com (the “Site”) for the digital product Freelancer Anti-Burnout Guide — Reclaim Your Energy in 30 Days (the “Product”). The seller is referred to as “we/us”. The purchaser is the “Customer”. For any question, contact bensiii.patterns@gmail.com.

US market only: we target and sell to customers in the United States.

2) Product & Delivery of Digital Content

The Product is a downloadable PDF delivered by immediate digital access after secure payment. No physical shipment is provided. You are responsible for having suitable software to open PDF files and a stable connection to download the file.

3) Prices, Currency & Taxes

• Prices are shown in US Dollar (USD).
• Applicable sales tax may be collected depending on your state and our tax obligations as a remote seller.
• We may change prices at any time; the price applicable is the one displayed at the time of your order confirmation.

4) Order Process & Payment

• Add the Product to cart and complete checkout with accurate billing details.
• Payments are processed by our e-commerce/payment provider(s). Your bank or card issuer may require additional authentication.
• Upon payment confirmation, access/download instructions are provided on the confirmation page and/or by e-mail.

5) License & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Product for your own individual needs. Redistribution, resale, public sharing, or making the file available to third parties (including shared drives/marketplaces) is prohibited without prior written permission.

6) Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds: all sales are final for digital downloads once access to the file has been provided.

Note: In the United States, the FTC’s “Cooling-Off Rule” (3-day cancellation) applies to certain in-person sales (e.g., at a home or temporary location) and does not apply to online purchases. Some states require that sellers clearly post their refund policy; we display ours here.

7) Chargebacks, Fraud & Misuse

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, or chargeback misuse. We may dispute unfounded chargebacks by providing proof of delivery and consent obtained at checkout.

8) Availability & Support

Download links are generally provided immediately. If you experience issues (e.g., link expired, wrong e-mail), contact bensiii.patterns@gmail.com with your order number.

9) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided “as is” for educational purposes. We do not provide medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by U.S. law and, where relevant, the law of the state where the seller is established, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections that may apply. Before any court action, please contact bensiii.patterns@gmail.com for amicable resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time, with the “Last updated” date reflecting the latest version. Changes apply to purchases made after the new version is published.
